JOE SPARKSMAN R.I.P

Joe was the son of Mick and Ruth Sparksman two wonderful tutors of mine from my College days ,i have just learned the sad news that Joe aged 41 has suddenly passed away my thoughts are with his family and friends

Joe was a very kind and polite shy person with a warm charm ,
girls loved him with his dark good looks and long hair he was well liked by so many people.

The staff at the Triangle pub in Lowestoft call him a Triangle Legend on the notice board a very nice tribute.

i saw Joe grow up over the years from a young boy to a family man he was a wonderful craftsman who made wonderful scale models of trawlers and he was also a wonderful carer for his much missed father Mick

there's more i could write but i'm sure there will be loads more tributes to Joe from friends in the weeks to come.

god bless Joe

JOHN BURRELL R.I.P

Just heard the sad news that John passed away yesterday after he lost his battle with cancer my thoughts are with his loved ones especially Mark his brother.

John was a great person funny ,clever, thoughtful sometimes cheeky always gave me advice about life and the universe he was my neighbour a few years ago and i always enjoyed going round his for a drink and chat ,he would play me one of his songs he was working on or show me something new on his computer or play a tune on his sitar or metal drums.

John was a fan of ''Tales of the Buddha before he got enlightened'' that i drew he came up with my nick name Johnny Horney which i used when the strip was printed in Northern Lightz adult humour comic

this picture was painted by his brother Mark Burrell it's called SAILING INTO THE SUN John was a hang glider who loved the freedom to fly .

I'll never forget you John
